Customers complain that contacts keep moving in eyes and don’t stay in place, why?

The most common reason is that the base curve or diameter does not fit your eyes properly. If a lens is too tight, it cannot move naturally; if it is too loose, it may shift or slip. You should consult an optometrist to confirm the correct size for your eyes. If this problem started recently with lenses that usually fit well, the lens may simply be inside out—try turning it the right way and check again.

What should we do if contact lenses stick together?

Place the lens in the palm of your hand and rinse it thoroughly with approved contact lens solution. Gently rub the lens back and forth with your fingertip. If the edges do not separate, soak the lens in solution until it returns to its normal shape.
